PSA hiring 51 enumerators, 3 area supervisors for Estancia

Philippine Statistics Office Iloilo hiring.

Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in its Iloilo Provincial Office is looking for enumerators and area supervisors to be deployed in Estancia, Iloilo.

ENUMERATORS

PSA-Iloilo announced that they are hiring 51 Enumerators under the Contract of Service (COS) status of employment. This hiring is under the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) and accepted applicants will be assigned in the Municipality of Estancia, Iloilo.

Qualifications

a. Preferably college graduate, or has completed at least second year college or senior high school graduate (for an SHS graduate 15-17 years old below, parental consent is required);
b. With good written and oral communication skills;
c. Computer literate. Knowledgeable in operating android devices (tablets) with proficiency in word processor and spreadsheet;
d. Preferably with experience and training in census/survey undertakings of the Philippine Statisfics Authority (PSA): and Preferably a resident of the barangay or city/municipality.
e. Able to speak the local dialect:
f. Physically fit to. field work (if female. must not be pregnant):
g. Willing to . field work and be assign. to far flung areas in the Province of Iloilo;
h. With good moral character a. with ability to deal with the public tactfully;
i. Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays and beyond 5:00 if necessary
j. With no existing work contract with other offices/agencies;
k. Not related to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers and direct/immediate supervisors; l. Must be fully vaccinated.

CBMS AREA SUPERVISOR (CAS)

PSA-Iloilo needs 3 CBMS area supervisors under the Contract of Service arrangement. Just like the enumerators, they will assigned in Estancia, Iloilo under theCommunity-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) project.

Qualifications

a. Must be a college graduate;
b. With good written and oral communication skills;
c. Must have Leadership Skills, Alertness and Interest;
d. Computer literate. Knowledgeable in operating android devices (tablets) with processor and spreadsheet:
e. Preferably with experience and training in census/survey undertakings of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA); and Preferably a resident of the barangay or city/municipality.
f. Able to speak the local dialect:
g. Physically fit to do field work (if female, must not be pregnant):
h. Willing to do field work and be assigned to far flung areas in the Province of Iloilo:
i. With good moral characterer and with ability to deal with the public tactfully:
j. Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays and beyond 5:03 p.m.. if necessary;
k. With no existing work contract with other offices/agencies; and
l. Not related up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers and direct/immediate supervisors;
m. Must be fully vaccinated.
